Cancellation Policy & No-show

Cancellation is free with a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

After 24 hours of the booking, please note that the credit card processing fees charged by our payment processing partners Stripe.com and PayPal.com are non-refundable when you cancel your reservation.

Refunds are only available up to 24 hours before your pickup time. If you would like to cancel your booking, please do so before 24 hours of your pickup time.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Additional Charges

If your booking has additional requirements which will incur additonal surcharges, such as additional stops, pickups, side-trips, drop offs, waiting time, ride-alongs, holiday surchages, etc, we will contact you to notify you of these additional charges and make arrangements for the payment of the charges.
